Start times: 10k - 7:00 a.m. 5k - 7:15 a.m.

Welcome to the 2012 |
This course is all flat, great for beginners and advanced athletes alike. Both the 5k and 10k are along the Simi Valley Days parade rout on LA Avenue, the 10k poceeds along the arroyo creek bike path and then back to the finish /start line. Proceeds will be donated to the Simi Valley Days community fund to help local charities.
All runners will receive:
Goody bag
Finisher medal
Custom race day t-shirt
Free entry to the festival for pagage pickup on Friday

Simi Valley Fair & Music Festival will be held at Rancho Simi Community Park . The event is the successor of the long-established community festival, Pioneer Days initiated by the United States Postmaster in 1933. About us:
Elite Sports Ventura County founded in April 2008 with the idea of producing high quality sporting events throughout Ventura County. All of our races are fund raisers for LOCAL charity organizations. Our race courses are designed to be appealing to athletes of all levels of fitness so they come back year after year.
Our goals for each event:
Produce fun, safe, top rated multi sport events to promote better health and fitness.
Help local charities that focus on health and fitness.
Proactively help the local economy grow through working with local businesses as co-sponsors by highlighting their businesses during race promotion.
Make enough money to stay in business so that we can continue to bring high quality events to the County of Ventura year after year.
We strive to continually improve our events to keep the spirit of fitness alive and provide a fun way for people to stay focused on healthy living. Our hope is that these events will ignite the spark of friendly competition that lives deep inside all of us.
Remember...its mind over matter, if you don't mind it, it don't matter...

Race History
2008 – Splash n Dash series 4 races, Channel Islands Half marathon, Santa to the Sea Half Marathon – 6 races
2009 – Splash n Dash Series, Camarillo Duathlon series, , Camarillo Half Marathon – season total - 7 races held, some planed dates cancelled at the end of the year due to Company restructuring
2010 – Ventura Splash n Dash Series, Lake Casitas half marathon, Camarillo Duathlon series, Camarillo Fiesta 5k 10k, Simi Valley 5k 10k, Camarillo Marathon – 8 events this season
2011- Camarillo Duathlon Series, Simi Valley Half Marathon, Simi Valley 5k 10k - 6 events this season
